Terms and refunds

What you buy

• One payment, in US dollars, for access to the course materials and the selected publications listed on the course page.
• Access is permanent and tied to the account you were signed in with when you bought. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
• Materials added to the course later are included.

How a refund works

1. Email info@ping-ai.com from any address within 30 days of your purchase. Mention the email you signed in with.
2. The refund goes back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank decides how fast it shows up, often within 5 to 10 business days.
3. Your access to the materials ends when the refund is issued.

What this does not cover

• Live classes and CSTU credit are handled through CSTU registration and CSTU's own policies. They are not part of this purchase or this guarantee.
• Registered CSTU students receive the course materials free, so there is nothing to refund.
• The guarantee covers the first 30 days after purchase.

Payments and your details

You pay on Stripe's secure page, and this site never sees your card details. Stripe sends your receipt. If you were charged twice or something looks wrong, email info@ping-ai.com and it will be fixed. What is kept about a purchase is described on the privacy page.
